PELUM supports Chipata District Seed and Food Festival

Kachere Development Programme in collaboration with PELUM Zambia under Markets And Seeds Access Projects (MASAP) with support from FiBL and Swedish Development Foundation is hosting the first ever Chipata District Traditional Seed and Food Festival. The festival brings together farmers from chipata district to  celebrate traditional seeds and foods for food and nutrition security and health . A display of a variety of traditional seeds and foods is part of the programme and will be followed by a farmer dialogue session where farmers will share knowledge and experiences as well as challenges.
