PELUM Zambia in Partnership With The Knowledge Hub For Organic Agriculture In Southern Africa(KHSA) Conducts A Lead Farmer Training In Agroecology and Organic Agriculture

PELUM in collaboration with the Knowledge Hub for Organic Agriculture in Southern Africa is conducting a four-day lead farmer training with participants drawn from Eastern, Southern, Muchinga and Northern Provinces. The training follows the recent Ecological Organic Agriculture farmer needs assessment conducted that informed the gaps that exist among the farm ers. The training covers, soil and organic pest management and disease control, integrated farming and facilitation skills.
